Because our chains are made with 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel - there is no warranty on chains. You are welcome to purchase a replacement chain by clicking here.
Help! My item is defective. What do I do?
Things happen! We do our absolute best to package our shipments so that those beauties will survive the harsh realities of shipping around the globe. Sometimes casualties occur - do not worry! We've got you covered.
If you open your package to find it has been damaged in shipment, or malfunctions after a few wears - contact us within 30 days of shipment arrival. We will send you a return shipping label (on us!) so you can ship it back to us for repair or replacement.
I'm not fond of my purchase. What do I do?
We believe in celebrating everyone's beautifully unique, creative, and expressive style. It's important to us that your jewelry fits the mold perfectly. If for any reason you receive your Aroma Couture™ Jewelry item(s) and it doesn't align with your style, let us know.
We offer a 7-day "I changed my mind" exchange policy: You may choose to exchange your item for another, or we will happily issue you store-credit in the amount spent.
Exchanges are accepted on unworn items in resalable condition.
Sale items, gift cards, and custom hand-stamped pieces are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged.
Steps to exchange your item:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving your product(s).
- Place your piece(s) in the original packaging and send back to us! Include a note in your shipment with your contact information and details about the exchange.
- Once we receive the item(s) we will issue you store credit, or send your new items!
- You are responsible for the shipping costs that incur during the exchange process.
What if my exchange has a price difference?
We ask that you pay the price difference if the new item is more expensive than the exchange item.
We will issue you store credit for the difference if the new item is less expensive than the exchange item.
My order is incomplete. Can you fix this?
All items here at Aroma Couture™ Jewelry are hand-made and shipped from our offices in Texas. We triple check our shipments before they go out, but as humans, we can make mistakes! If you receive your shipment and your order is missing an item, or contains the wrong item - please contact us within 14 days of shipment arrival. We will cover the costs to correct your order- and fix the issue in a timely manner!
