WHAT ARE ESSENTIAL OILS?

To put it simply, an essential oil is a liquid that has been distilled from a plant: Generally either the stems, leaves, bark, roots, or flowers. For thousands of years highly concentrated essential oils have been used for their therapeutic benefits such as relieving stress and boosting your immune system. It is important to research the particular oil you are using, as some oils need to be diluted due to their potency

HOW DO YOUR PENDANTS WORK?

Each diffuser necklace that contains a locket and inside you will find our organic, eco-friendly bamboo fabric. We have not added any essential oil to this fabric - that part is up to you! Choose your favorite oil, drop a couple of drops of oil directly onto the fabric, close the locket - and enjoy! Depending on the oil you choose, you'll be able to enjoy the aroma for 3-4 days (sometimes longer).

After you notice the aroma fading you have options:

•You can add a few more drops of the same essential oil onto the same piece of fabric

•You can stack other oils on top and create your own personal blend

•You may dispose of your bio-degradable bamboo fabric and use another that we have provided

•You may hand wash your bamboo fabric with gentle soap and allow to dry naturally If you ever wish to buy refills of bamboo fabric, we offer them on our site.

HOW DO I USE YOUR LAVA JEWELRY?

Lava beads begin their journey to your jewelry as molten rock beneath an active volcano. At over 1,000 degrees Celsius the molten rock begins to melt and finally erupts out of the volcano. Once the lava meets the cooler air it solidifies and becomes this beautiful piece of jewelry. Lava beads promote strength & fertility - driving away anger, and assisting one in the understanding of a problem while strengthening our connection to Mother Earth. Because Lava Beads are porous, they will hold the essential oil for 1-2 days. Once you notice the aroma fading, simply drop a few more drops of essential oil directly onto the lava bead. It is important to note that you should only use essential oil that is safe to come in direct contact with the skin, as you will receive topical as well as the aromatic benefits.

Our pendants, chains, and charms are all made with the highest quality of 100% 316L Surgical Grade stainless steel making them hypoallergenic and tarnish resistant. Our lava bracelets use only genuine healing stones.

WHAT ARE BAMBOO FABRIC REFILLS?

Inside each pendant style piece you will find a bamboo fabric refill. This is your diffusing method. Simply drop a couple drops of your favorite essential oil directly onto the fabric and it will slowly diffuse your essential oil for days - providing you with therapeutic benefits as it is inhaled. We chose bamboo over any other fabric as it is not only completely clean, organic, and safe.. but it also beneficial to our environment. WHEN WILL YOU HAVE NEW ITEMS?

New collections are released seasonally, but every Friday we restock our existing collections and sometimes add new featured items. The best way to stay up to date on collection release dates and item restocks is to 1) join our mailing list by clicking here or 2) selecting the "notify me when available" option on the sold out item you are viewing. Once we re-stock that specific item you will promptly receive an email so that you are able purchase the item once it becomes available again. And of course, you can always reach out to us to inquire about a specific product.

YES!

We currently only ship to locations within the planet Earth. If you are a resident of any of the surrounding planets in our solar system, we will be unable to ship to you. So, as long as you live on this globe, we will ship to you :)

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR SHIPPING?

All orders are made to order and typically take 3-4 days to process your payment and be hand-made prior to shipping. Processing time may increase during the holiday season (November-January)so please allow 5-6 days for ordering processing during the Holiday Season. Once your order is shipped via USPS you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address you used during checkout. This confirmation will include a link to track your shipment. We are happy to "rush" your order. Please select the Priority Rush Shipping Rate at checkout. By selecting this option, your order is placed to the top of the order queue and depending upon order size, will typically be shipped the next business day.
